Scope of Services
The Alliant SB provides Federal government agencies with integrated Information Technology (IT) solutions for evolving needs on a global basis. This includes any and all components of an integrated IT solution, including all current and any new technologies which may emerge during the life cycle of the contract. Areas of support are:
Infrastructure Services
Includes hardware, software, licensing, technical support, and warranty services, technological refreshment and enhancements.
Planning, analysis, research and development, design, development, integration and testing, implementation, operations and maintenance, information assurance, and final disposition of these components.
Administration and help desk functions necessary to support the IT infrastructure (e.g., desktop support, network administration).
Application Services
Provides for support of all applications and collaborative service capabilities
